Kevin Rooney is a patent and trademark attorney with over three decades of legal experience.  His experience in agricultural intellectual property began when he examined patent applications covering agricultural and plant husbandry innovations during law school.  Since then, Kevin has been helping clients in this space obtain, enforce and defend their intellectual property rights.

Eric Bartlam is also a patent and trademark attorney with significant experience in agricultural equipment, including advanced AgTech and many other areas of technology.  In addition to his years of counseling clients regarding their intellectual property, Eric has substantial engineering and engineering management experience.  Eric’s engineering experience allows him to more quickly understand the complex and often nuanced challenges faced when protecting clients’ intellectual property.
