Rooney IP proudly announces that Eric Bartlam has joined the firm as Intellectual Property Counsel. Eric had been with the firm in an Of-Counsel role since 2020 and, with this promotion, increases his role and responsibilities in all areas of intellectual property law. Eric focuses his expertise on patent preparation and prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also renders opinions on infringement, validity, patentability, licensing, and other legal agreements, and develops prosecution strategy for patent filings around the world. Eric further provides counsel on other intellectual property issues of concern to the business of our clients including litigation and dispute resolution.
